Artist Gideon Shani joined the Haifa and Northern Artists and Sculptors Association three years ago. Since then he has managed to present two solo exhibitions at Beit Chagall and participate in six other group exhibitions. Shani is very active in the Haifa Association, comes to open exhibitions and is a regular participant in lectures and other activities.

A rare and special project of preserving original restoration of murals and ceilings from the beginning of the last century is currently underway in a building on HaZioni Street in Haifa, which is intended to become a boutique hotel. Artist Gershon Knispel won the prestigious Jaboti Award for his extraordinary retrospective book, Knispel was simultaneously announced while joyous news - the Tel Aviv Museum and the Israel Museum decided to bring his oil works to the Israeli art collections - "Signature of Peace Petition", according to a drawing by Shimon Zabar (Tel Aviv Museum), and "Bureau of Labor" and "Ahmed" (Israel Museum). Artist Aviva Shemer launched her 'Works' exhibition at the new gallery Anna Forte, which opened in Hadar neighborhood of 16 Herzliya Street.

An album is currently being published that combines the life story of the late engineer Aryeh Rocker, who was the husband of the veteran Haifa artist Helen Rocker. A double exhibition of Helen and her late husband was presented at the Chagall Artists' House during the summer.
