A rare and special project of preserving original restoration of murals and ceilings from the beginning of the last century is currently underway in a building on HaZioni Street in Haifa, which is intended to become a boutique hotel.

Shai Prakash, a world-class Israeli expert on reconstruction and preservation of murals and ceiling, and his partner Eli Shaltiel from the Azure Studio, have been entrusted with the exposure work and the reconstruction and preservation of paintings. Tzili Giladi and Almagor Shemet, interior designers who specialize in preservation and fame from Mansour from Egoz, are in charge of the project.
