The high-quality and innovative cinema network continues to expand its range of advanced and exclusive screening systems, including Biss Planet Haifa and launching the third Israeli cinema hall with ScreenX technology, with an investment of NIS 1,250,000.

The first ScreenX hall was launched in December 2018 at the cinema complex in Rishon Lezion and about four months ago, the second hall in Israel was launched in the yesPLANET complex in Be'er Sheva. Now another hall, the third in number in Israel and the 307th in the world, is being launched in the YesPLANET cinema complex in Cinimol Haifa.



The ScreenX format, of CJ 4DPLEX (from the creator of 4DX technology), includes three screens that give viewers a more powerful, wider, and far more enveloping experience. The technology was first launched globally in 2012 across Asia (Korea, Japan and China) and quickly became a resounding success. Films in cutting-edge technology are projected at 270 degrees.

The new hall at Haifa's Symmol Mall has 220 seats, offering visitors a panoramic view of 270 degrees that extends the screen to the side walls of the hall and allows for an unseen viewing experience in the north of the country. The ScreenX joins the 4dx hall and the VIP complex as part of a variety of unique viewing experiences at Bise Planet Haifa.

Work on setting up the format took several weeks, during which special wall coverings were installed on the walls of the right and left, plus four projectors, two on each side for a picture on all the side walls. These projectors are managed by dedicated servers that are synchronized to the main projection system of the auditorium and streamline the content of the projection in coordination.
