The Field of Organic Products launches a new series of organic pastas, this time: pasta made from legumes, whole rice and buckwheat, rather than wheat flour.
The series includes:
- 100% red lentil spaghetti
- Spaghetti and tortillion 100% buckwheat
- Fozili 100% green peas
- Contact 100% Whole Rice
The benefits of pasta are many. Pasta cooking time is short compared to legume cooking time, but the pastas contain all the nutritional values of the single ingredient in each, namely a good amount of protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
The pastas are delicious and combine well with a variety of sauces, and are an easy way to give your kids a first try with lentils, peas and more.
The pastas are naturally gluten-free, so are also suitable for gluten and gluten-free foods. Because they are organic, the pastas contain no pesticide residues or genetically modified components, and their beautiful color source is from their natural ingredients (see the wonderful color of red lentil spaghetti for example).
