An investment of more than NIS 2 million was recently inaugurated by the Beer Delicatessen company, a new boutique factory in Zahar Industries Park (Safed, Hatzor Rosh Pena), located in the heart of an agricultural area, and includes the factory shop.

Inbar and Sigal Shaft, a couple of entrepreneurs residing in Rosh Pina, are the owners of the company. The two have been specialized for over 10 years in producing quality spreads, confectionery, sauces and natural liqueurs. Today, the company's product portfolio includes about 50 different products.

The well activity began in 2001, when the Shaftes ran a successful pub in Rosh HaAyin. Next to the pub, a local produce store was set up, where food delicacies also began to be produced. With the increase in demand, in 2007, operations moved to a small factory in the industrial area of Rosh Pina. The years have passed, and recently, as mentioned, the new boutique factory, in the Zachar Industrial Park, was inaugurated, developing and producing quality products from the Galilee and Golan Heights and natural materials. The factory currently employs 7 workers.

Sigal did: "When we started making confectionery, there was no awareness in the market of what a high-quality confectionery was. Later, the Israeli audience learned to differentiate between confectionery and jam. As culinary people, we refer to confectionery or spreads, as they relate to tasting wine or coffee. "To pursue uncompromising quality."

Sigal Eshet-Shaft is the daughter of the renowned photographer opposite Eshet. She grew up in Tel Aviv, a home of aesthetics and flavors. Twenty years ago, she moved to Rosh Pina and fell in love with the Galilee colony and her partner Inbar Shaft, who has experience in culinary and restaurant. Together they began to develop and produce unique flavors, based on agricultural products from the Galilee, and founded the Beer Delicatessen company.

Most of the investment in the newly inaugurated factory was centered on advanced technological development, which was developed specifically by Inbar Shaft and Yossi Rotband, the company's technology partner. At the same time, all production methods are traditional, just like they used to.
