Towards the end of October, a new hummus was opened on Independence Street 3, just under the rocket building in the lower city. Ren serves the berries the day before, and prepares the hot chickpeas in real time, in front of customers. The kitchen is open and you can be impressed with the cleanliness and order.

Inside and in the street there are several tables with chairs, and there is also a second floor for special busy days.

The owners of the place are kind and pleasant. Anna is also a therapist and adjunct professor of complementary medicine and nutrition, and Ren I remember as a bass player in an ancient Haifa band. He doesn't play today, but the guitar is still waiting for him to take it to his hands.
