The hotel belongs to the religious cooperative seat Nir Etzion. The moshav was established in 1950. The founders of the settlement were the remains of Kibbutz Kfar Etzion, which fell to the Jordanians during the War of Independence. He was later joined by friends from all over the world. Today the seat has about 80 families. In its early years, the Nir Etzion Hotel served as a relaxing home, and later became a sanctuary, a guest house, and today is a luxurious hotel and conference center.
The hotel is located on Mount Carmel, 234 meters above sea level, in a natural gem, and is a nature reserve for conferences and business events. Recently, the hotel underwent a rebranding and re-investment process of NIS 5 million, which was renamed Nir Etzion Resort. Wanted for workshops, seminars and social events, the hotel's location on the green Carmel all year round and on the other hand its proximity to the beach allow hotel guests to enjoy the range of tourist attractions in the area.
The hotel offers a wide range of activities - a conference center, an indoor heated semi-Olympic swimming pool, a dry sauna, a gym, treatment rooms, children's games, a cafeteria, dining and event facilities, as well as programs and activities for organized families and groups.
The hotel has 134 rooms, of which 77 are designed in the central building, and another 56 picturesque garden rooms are located in gardens and grassy areas. The hotel rooms have double rooms and 2-room suites, all rooms have a sun terrace from which you can look out over the Carmel and Mediterranean beaches, the garden rooms are surrounded by gardens, trees and grassy area
